SMS consent and message types
Providing a phone number or accepting website terms does not enroll you in SMS. With your separate, express consent, and only where a program is active and approved by our messaging provider, we may send customer-care texts about your inquiries, appointments, registrations or service requests. Promotional texts require a separate optional opt-in. Automated technology, including an AI assistant such as Marblism, may be used. Consent is specific to this brand and the purposes selected; it is not transferred to other brands. Consent is not a condition of purchase, attendance or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. These terms do not mean texting is currently active.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. One opt-out confirmation may follow; further texts require a new opt-in. Reply HELP for help or email anthonydriley@mastamynd.com. You may also withdraw consent by email. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texting is not an emergency service.
Messaging privacy
We collect your mobile number, consent choices, disclosure accepted, consent date and source, messaging history, delivery details and opt-out records as needed to provide and document this program, respond to requests, maintain security and honor your choices. Records are retained as needed for these purposes and applicable obligations.
Notwithstanding any other provision of our privacy policy, mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers, including a configured AI assistant, hosting and messaging providers, may process this data only as necessary to operate our program on our behalf, or as required by law.
